Fort Frances Muskies girls hockey team ended the annual Scott Clendenning Showcase with a 3-1 win yesterday over the Dryden Eagles.
Jillian Calder, Annalise Hayes and Reece MacQuaker provided the scoring.
Saturday, the Muskies beat Kenora's Beaver Brae Broncos 8-0 and the Thunder Bay Fury 4-1.
Their only blemish was a 2-0 loss to the Thunder Bay Queen's on Friday.
Fort Frances Lakers dropped a pair of games over the weekend to the Thief River Falls Norskies, who extended their win streak to 12 games.
The Lakers lost 5-2 Friday and 3-2 Saturday to slip back to 4th place in the SIJHL standings.
Fort Frances girls AA bantam Leafs split a pair of exhibition games Saturday with the visiting Kenora Canucks.
The Leafs lost the opener 3-2 with Abbie Kenny and Ellayna Kabel provided the goals.
They rebounded for a 4-3 win in the second.
Kenny, Shay Mannausau, Issy Taylor and Kianna Antonick were the Leafs scorers.
Rainy River Voyageurs women's volleyball team ended its regular season with a pair of home losses.
Friday, they were swept by Central Lakes in three straight games then Saturday, lost to Northland in four.
International Falls Broncos bowling team finished up its regular season in Grand Rapids Saturday, winning all three of its matches.
Sammy Maxwell, Owen Amundsen, Nick Tanner, and Owen Wherley also qualified for the upcoming all conference championship.
