The town of Fort Frances is revealing information a new lawsuit filed by Couchiching First Nation.
It mentions the lawsuit in a pamphlet that outlines the town's own legal battles over Point Park.

It states the town became aware of the lawsuit in which Couchiching is seeking an injuction to stop the operation of the dam.
